KAMP Construction submitted an invitation for a design/build for an addition on this house. The owners were running out space and looking for a 2-story 540ft² rear addition including a powder room in the existing house on the main floor. KAMP Construction designed this addition, applied for permits and constructed it. They were specially looking for an addition that flowed both inside and out from the exiting house. KAMP completed this by matching siding, soffit and fascia on the outside and using the same trim and flooring as the existing house. The addition boosts additional living space on the main floor, 2 extra office/study rooms on the 2ndfloor and storage space in the crawl space which is accessible from the basement. It also has a big 270ft² covered porch for the homeowners to enjoy the beautiful summer nights.
