Stewart Residence, Lynden
The owners of this outdated house in Lynden called on KAMP Construction to completely renovate their existing 1340ft² house and add 1,080ft² of living space. It originally had a 6’6” block foundation which was replaced with an 8’0” poured concrete foundation. The owners specifically asked for an open concept design which was achieved with many new structural wood beams and wood trusses. New windows and doors were added throughout, 2 dormers were installed to the 2ndfloor and old exterior board and batten was replaced with vertical vinyl siding. This project was revamped from a tight, deteriorating house to beautiful up-to-date home.
